Final Day at CES

We hope you enjoyed our photo and links reports this year. Since our site was new this year, our reporting morphed throughout the week.

The best place to visit is the CES Moblog 2006 at the left. Make sure to click the individual pictures to read a short description and get links to the products we photographed for you.

Today, we wrapped up some meetings & took a quick run through the car audio pavillion and then hit the road. We will be sharing information about CES throughout the next month on the show & newsletter.

Big announcements about small products from SanDisk

SanDisk announced that all their future flash drives will mow be U3 U3 is a special format that allows these flash drives to run applications. We will talk a lot about this in upcoming weeks.

SanDisk also unveiled some extremely exciting MP3 players that will push & challenge Apple.

 

Great scanning solution for trying to create paperless office...

[inline:1]Fujitsu released a new verson of their popular ScanSnap series of scanners. This scanner is designed to help small offices or home users create PDF documents from their paper bills, invoices, policies, etc. It can scan and save 15 pages per minute and comes with a full edition of Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Standard for creating, modifying, and sharing PDF documents.

SimpleTech is one of many companies to come out with Network Attached Storage (NAS) devices. Basically it is a hard drive in a box that can connect to your network then give access to any PC's connected to your drive.
