This week's site is titled  "How to Shop Online Securely" and comes from the folks at eHow.com.  While the instructions and the tips are brief, they are straight forward and easily understood.

Get a Human!

GetHuman is one site I  find more than just useful. I hate to deal with customer support by talking to a computer or other automated systems. Once you arrive at Gethuman.com , click on "Database" on the top of the page to get a list company phone numbers and the directions necessary to get a human customer support response.

Digital Trends

I used Digital Trends to help evaluate Home Theater Systems for a recent personal purchase. The site has reviews in the areas of Desktops, Notebooks, Connected Home, Cameras, HDTV, Portable Media, Cell Phones, Home Video, Home Audio and Peripherals. The site is well  organized and easy to use.

This week's bargain site is Top Ten Reviews. This site is an excellent resource when selecting new software for your computer. The charted comparison data is very helpful in making decisions about  purchasing any new programs. The site also includes information about web services.
