Arlene Harris, Scam Artist ripping off seniors

Submitted by Smart Computer User on December 19, 2007 - 4:51pm.

You should have asked Mrs. Harris what it feels like to go to bed at night knowing her company leaves grandmothers without cell service during emergencies? Leaving grandfathers with Alzheimer's Disease without service for weeks because their employees don't know how to flip a switch. Great Call and Jitterbug are the most incompetent cell phone company to emerge in the past decade. Great Call knowingly charges customers for calls they didn't make. Great Call and Jitterbug should be shut down before they do any more harm to senior citizens. If I were a Jitterbug customer I would be complaining to the FTC and contacting my attorney general about this scam operation.

repeat audio availability

Submitted by Smart Computer User on August 7, 2006 - 6:12pm.

Hi,
It sure would be nice if you had archived audio files of your talk show, as you do here. Minimally, a months worth of shows available on your web site would be AWESOME! When I'm just pecking around on the internet, I often wish I had your show recorded (and would fast forward thru the advertising ;>))
I've learned about 'Total Recorder' and the likes in your archives, but, but for various reasons, I don't do it.

Thanks for the great site...I rely a lot on your archives for a ton of help. I've also attended the photography users group meetings occasionally and have hired Rick several times to help me with computer problems at home....you guys are awesome!
