Rick's Tech Power Mix - Contest

Riding Shotgun with Rick

Food and drink have been themes that have cropped up occasionally in our Shotgun series. Being a busy onsite tech guy, I try to maximize my time by eating on the go. Unfortunately, this sometimes leads to drive-thru windows...not always the healthiest of choices. My degree is in Physical Therapy, and I studied a fair amount of nutrition in my time as well so I know what should go into my body and when.

About two years ago, I finally decided to put my educatioin to some use regarding my 'on the go' eating. I experimented with many mixtures and ingredients and finally came up with a healthy (mostly), easy to eat (kind of), non-messy (did you know soy nuts have skin?) home-made power mix that I carry with me on most days.

I've included a picture of the mix (taken with my Treo 650) and am asking YOU to guess what is in it. In fact, the first person who can guess all of the ingredients correctly, will receive a HelpMeRick.com Power Pack ($40 value) and t-shirt (priceless).
