Menu Bar ticked but doesn't display
Tried the method above and it worked:
Try right-clicking on the IE7 bar that displays the "home" icon and then tick "Links". This will then display the Menu Bar. Now you can untick the "Links" and the menu bar should stay displayed - or you can go to tools and tick it to display it.
